One of the things that we are looking for in a new employee is to have some experience in preparation of Slavic food, especially if you are applying for a job in the kitchen.

If you are applying for some other position outside the kitchen, then you don’t necessarily need to have that type of experience, but you need to be really good with people and have some previous restaurant experience. It is always a huge plus and bonus for us if you have previous experience because that way you already know what is expected of you.
